Festival Anthem on the Hymn-tune Germany – Printed Full Score plus CD-ROM PDF parts

This festival anthem, originally commissioned by Third Baptist Church of Saint Louis, Missouri, and premiered at the fesitval recital celebrating the re-dedication of its pipe organ in February 2013, is scored for large SATB choir (50 voices minimum recommended), organ, timpani and brass (3 trumpets in C, 1 trombone and 1 bass trombone). The traditional hymn-tune GERMANY (also known by the hymn-tune name GARDINER in Anglican and Episcopalian hymnals) is placed into a 6-1/2 minute setting which is both contemporary and dignified. Traditional texts drawn from Frank Mason North’s ”Where Cross the Crowded Ways of Life” are augmented by paraphrased verses in praise and affirmation of the Holy Trinity.

Purchase price includes a one-site license to print 100 vocal scores and one of each instrumental part, for use in worship or in concert where presentation is a not-for-profit event.

You will receive [1] bound hard-paper Full Conductor’s Score and a CD-ROM containing printable PDF documents of all parts.
