The Notre Dame Glee Club sings a variety program, including American foik songs, football songs, traditional Irish tunes, spirituals, songs of the University of Notre Dame, songs from the Broadway musical The Music Man and West Side Story, a traditional English anthem, traditional Russian songs and even a drinking song by Franz Schubert.  Daniel Stowe, director.  Recorded in the 2004-2005 season.

Notre Dame Glee Club
Founded in 1915, the 55-voice The Notre Dame Glee Club has a wide-ranging concert repertory encompassing art music from the Renaissance to the 21st century, as well as spirituals, folk and popular music, and songs of Notre Dame. Each year on the Notre Dame campus the Glee Club presents several formal concerts and dozens of informal performances at University events; they also frequently appear with the South Bend Symphony Orchestra, often in tandem with the St. Mary’s College Women’s Choir.
