Dongho Lee

Dongho Lee, the First Prize Winner of the 2010 NYACOP (National Young Artists Competition in Organ Performance) of the American Guild of Organists, appears here in her debut CD release, which is provided by AGO and Pro Organo as a component of the benefits of the First Prize in the competition.  The program, which concentrates on 20th-century literature, is played on the C. B. Fisk, Opus 135 organ recently completed in Auer Hall, Jacobs School of Music, at Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.  Dongho Lee was enrolled in the Doctor of Musical Arts degree program in Organ Performance at Indiana University at the time this recording was made, in January 2011.

Released as a Digital Audio Compact Disc.

Dongho Lee
A native of Seoul, South Korea, Dongho Lee was awarded both the First Prize (the Lilian Murtagh Memorial Prize) and the Audience Prize at the 2010 American Guild of Organists National Young Artists Competition in Organ Performance, which was held at the 50th national convention of the Guild in Washington D.C. Ms. Lee’s education includes undergraduate and graduate degrees from Yonsei University in Korea, where she studied with Dr. Tong-Soon Kwak. Learn more…
